1. The rental comes with two boats (a) a 17 ft bow rider w/ 115hp outboard motor and  equipped for
water skiing.  and (b) a 16 ft. fibreglass canoe;

2. The games room above the boat house is 20 x 20, sleeps four and has a 20 x 10 sundeck;

3.  The kitchen was totally renovated in 2006.  Charming but quite modern.
