Since 2000, GEORGE has been actively involved in the Muskoka Real Estate Market. Initially, GEORGE’s focus had been in lending a hand to the technical side of marketing; including the construction and maintenance of this website.

Increasingly, throughout the past seven years, GEORGE has become involved more in the daily aspects associated with buying and selling real estate in Muskoka even to the point of attending many council meetings on behalf of our clients.

GEORGE has a keen interest and a thorough working knowledge of surveys, charts, and GPS systems which helps him at the registry office in his thorough search of title issues that could affect the value of any given property.

With the role the Internet plays in our clients’ interaction in Real Estate transactions, GEORGE is the ‘go to’ guy for obtaining and emailing documents, surveys, topographical maps, lake charts and such to our clients.

George's past careers in aviation, electronics and the building materials industry gives him a general knowledge that is invaluable. The Home/Cottage Inspection is often a fundamental part of cottage purchases and George's expertise can make it less stressful.
